auto auctionAn Autoauction can be a wonderful place for car bargains. They usually attract car lovers from far and wide and almost always end in a bang. These types of auctions are usually attended by hundreds of people and even if you don’t like bidding, you’ll still see some beautiful cars that get sold at ridiculous prices.

Autoauctions mostly consist of cars that have been repossessed by the bank or even by the police. I like to see it as the government’s way of getting a couple of lost tax dollars back. The information/background of each car is usually limited in terms of who the owner was or what they did but in the opinion of many, it doesnt really matter. It’s all about the performance of the car, the mileage and the condition that really matters to prospective buyers.

Before attending an autoauction like this, i would highly suggest you go and observe a couple first before participating. A word of warning though… keep in mind that all bids are legally binding and if the auction has been won by you, you are legally obliged to make the purchase. There is no comebacks either so make sure you have all the necessary knowledge before making that bid.
